Overview

The T-E9F is the highest-output model of the Tuodiao six-sided drill range, built with four drill packs and a dual-channel, dual-station layout. While one panel is being machined in one channel, the next panel can be loaded or held in the other, so feeding never stops; the four 150 mm pitch packs deliver the broadest hole coverage in the series per pass.

Machining Capability

Maximum panel width is 1220 mm and length 2800 mm. Vertical holes come from the four packs, side holes from four X and four Y horizontal drills, and the 3.5 kW drill/mill spindle cuts slots and hardware recesses. Bus-controlled AC servo drives with staged speeds of 120 / 80 / 50 m/min hold a steady continuous cycle.

Who It Is For

Best for sites with large, standardised order volumes and explicit hourly output targets, and as the drilling hub of an automated line linked to upstream cutting and downstream sorting or banding.
