Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit tuodiaocnc.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It applies to the websites we operate for the Tuodiao CNC woodworking machinery brand.

Who we are

The data controller is Guangzhou Santuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (trade name: Tuodiao CNC / 拓雕智能), a woodworking machinery manufacturer based in Guangzhou, mainland China. You can reach our data contact at sales@tuodiaocnc.com.

Information we collect

1. Information you give us. When you fill in the quote / inquiry form we ask for:

your name and company name;
your email address (and, optionally, your phone or WhatsApp number);
the machine category you select from the drop-down list;
the free-text description of your requirements (workpiece, capacity, budget and similar details you choose to include).

The form is not hosted on our own server. When you press submit, your browser sends the entries above over HTTPS directly to Web3Forms, a third-party form-submission service, which forwards them to our sales mailbox and keeps a copy in the submission list of our account. The request carries only the fields listed above, plus a hidden anti-spam field and the service’s own access key — we do not attach anything else to it.

We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, and advise on machine selection and factory planning. The legal basis for handling it is the performance of steps you request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)); for visitors in China, your consent to handle your contact details under the Personal Information Protection Law.

2. Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page and timestamp. These logs are used only for security, abuse prevention and capacity planning. We do not combine them with your inquiry to build behavioural profiles.

3. Information from third-party buttons. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with WhatsApp/Meta and the email button opens your own mail client. From that moment the message content is processed under WhatsApp’s or your provider’s own privacy terms, not ours.

Cookies and tracking

This site currently sets no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are switched off. Your dark/light theme choice is stored locally in your browser, and the language you see is taken from the page address — neither is used for tracking. If we later enable analytics or advertising pixels, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How we use your information

to reply to inquiries and send quotations, specifications and prices;
to recommend suitable machines, tooling and production-line configurations;
to keep a record of our commercial correspondence with you;
to protect the website from abuse, spam and unauthorised access.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not make decisions about you based on automated processing.

Only the colleagues who need the information to answer you, plus service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (website hosting and email delivery). The inquiry form additionally passes through Web3Forms, the form-submission service named above: it receives your entries from your browser, relays them to us, and stores each submission in our account dashboard there. We disclose information to public authorities only when we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

Our servers and sales team are located in mainland China. If you write to us from the EU, EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information will be handled outside your region. Every inquiry is also relayed through the form-submission service named above before it reaches our mailbox, so it passes through infrastructure we do not operate. We rely on the necessity of carrying out the steps you asked for, and on contractual and technical safeguards with our providers.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you and are then deleted, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or you ask us to keep the file open for future orders.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and the form-submission endpoint it posts to is reached over HTTPS as well. Access to the mailbox and to the submission list that receive inquiries is restricted to authorised sales staff. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers, bank credentials or other sensitive data through the form.

Your rights

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop processing it, or hand it to you in a portable format; where processing rests on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time. Write to sales@tuodiaocnc.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland may additionally lodge a complaint with their supervisory data protection authority; visitors in China may exercise their rights under the Personal Information Protection Law.

Children

This website is directed at business purchasers and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, tools or legal obligations change. Material changes take effect when they are published on this page with a new effective date.
