T-E8D Pass-Through Six-Sided Drill with Three Drill Packs

Overview

The T-E8D is the three-drill-pack version of the T-E8 family, keeping the pass-through single-channel, single-station layout but adding a third vertical pack at 150 mm pitch. More packs mean a wider combination of hole diameters and patterns covered in one pass, with less idle travel between drills - valuable where product ranges and hardware specifications vary a lot.

Machining Capability

Maximum panel width 1220 mm and length 2800 mm cover ordinary cabinet panels and long parts. Four X and four Y horizontal drills machine the side holes, and the 3.5 kW drill/mill spindle cuts slots and hardware recesses. Bus-controlled AC servo drives with pass-through feeding run staged speeds of 120 / 80 / 50 m/min.

Who It Is For

For factories whose cutting and banding are already automated but whose drilling has become the bottleneck, or whose product families use many hole combinations, the three-pack T-E8D shortens cycle time per panel.
