Overview

The T-E8 is a pass-through CNC six-sided drilling machine from Tuodiao CNC for custom furniture drilling. Its single-channel, single-station layout with two drill packs lets a panel travel through once and receive every hole and slot on all six faces, removing panel flipping and repeated locating, so output and hole consistency far exceed conventional rank drilling.

Machining Capability

Maximum panel width is 1220 mm and maximum length 2800 mm, covering normal cabinet sizes. Vertical holes are produced by two drill packs on a 150 mm pitch, side holes by four X and four Y horizontal drills, and a 3.5 kW drill/mill spindle handles slots and hardware recesses. Bus-controlled AC servo drives with pass-through feeding provide 120 / 80 / 50 m/min staged speeds.
