T-E4 Double Rank Drill PTP Five-Sided Centre

T-E4 PTP five-sided machining centre with double-row vertical rank drill packs, horizontal drills and an ATC milling spindle - five faces machined in one clamping for dense hole patterns.

Key Features

Double-row vertical packs machine more holes per locating step, speeding dense panels
Horizontal drill sets finish the four side faces - five faces in one setup
Milling spindle takes slots, pockets and contours without splitting the process
Inline magazine cycles drill bits, cutters and saw tools in sequence
Zoned vacuum table with pneumatic clamping holds panels without drift
AC servo drives keep hole positions identical through long runs

Overview

The T-E4 is a PTP five-sided machining centre built around double-row vertical rank drill packs. Compared with single-row machines it reaches more diameters and positions from one locating step, which pays off on hole-dense wardrobe sides, shelves and top or bottom panels. With the horizontal drill sets and milling spindle, the top face and all four side faces are completed in a single clamping.

Structure and Process

A zoned vacuum table with pneumatic clamping bar secures the panel. The 9.5 kW spindle runs to 24000 rpm and the inline magazine auto-changes between drill bits, routers and cutting tools. Working area of roughly 2800 × 1300 mm matches standard panel furniture sizes, and programs are driven straight from cutting-list and CAM data.

Who It Is For

Suited to factories with complex, hole-rich products and to customers upgrading from separate nesting and rank drilling machines, since combining both steps shortens handling and removes repeat-locating error.

Note: Some values shown are typical for this series and will be confirmed with the factory before final quotation.
