Overview

The T-680G equips a semi-high-speed banding chain with two glue pots. Each granule pot heats independently and can hold a different adhesive or a different glue colour, so changeover between orders is a valve switch rather than a full pot clean-out and re-heat.

Structure and Output

Profile-copy trimmers follow the shape of the edge strip, and rough, finish, scraping and polishing stations close the chain, so straight and decorative edges both reach a fine glue line. Bed rigidity and press-beam guidance are dimensioned for a 12-25 m/min cycle with long and short panels running true.

Who It Is For

Factories with many colours, mixed edge materials and frequent order switching gain most from the dual pots: changeover time falls, shift output rises, and edge appearance stays consistent across the batch.
