Overview

The T-600K strengthens the end-trimming stage of a standard automatic banding line: the upper and lower trimming saws use pneumatic synchronous feed with a faster response cycle, so the end cut keeps up with panel travel. This removes the oversized or undersized ends and chipping common on conventional machines and delivers consistent panel ends.

Process Chain

A single pass performs gluing, pressing, fast upper and lower end trimming, rough trimming, finish trimming, scraping and polishing. Inverter-controlled feeding runs from 8 to 15 m/min, which suits custom furniture work with many sizes and short batches.

Who It Is For
