Overview

The T-600GY is the high-specification model of the T-600 family. A pre-milling station trues up the sawn panel edge before glue spreading and pressing, while twin trimming and profile-copying stations deliver a finer glue line and a door-panel standard edge appearance.

Process Detail

In one pass the panel goes through pre-milling, gluing, pressing, upper and lower end trimming, rough trimming, finish trimming, twin trimming, profile copying, scraping and polishing. Pre-milling removes saw burrs and the compressed surface layer so the glue bonds into fresh fibre - decisive for melamine faced board, PET and lacquered panels where glue lines are visible.
