T-600G Automatic Edge Bander with Copy Trimming

Overview

The T-600G adds a profile-copying trim station to the standard automatic banding chain. The copy cutters travel along the shape of the edge strip itself, so rounded, chamfered or decorated profiles are trimmed cleanly instead of leaving the step marks a straight trimmer produces.

Process and Configuration

One pass performs gluing, pressing, upper and lower end trimming, rough trimming, finish trimming, profile copying, scraping and polishing. Inverter feeding runs at 8-15 m/min on a rigid bed with a press beam and guide arrangement that keeps both long and short panels flat, so straight and shaped edges can be produced in the same batch flow.

Who It Is For

Workshops taking mid to high-end custom furniture work that requires decorative profiled edges get a balanced cost-to-function choice in the T-600G, with far less hand rework after the machine.
