Overview

The T-600 is an automatic straight-line edge bander from Tuodiao CNC for panel furniture production. A single pass completes glue spreading, pressing, upper and lower end trimming, rough and finish trimming, edge scraping and polishing, so panels are ready for drilling and packing as soon as they leave the machine.

Structure and Operation

The machine uses a split steel frame with inverter-controlled feeding for stable, quiet running. The granule glue pot with temperature control keeps glue volume even and adjustable, while trimming and polishing units are adjusted by handwheel for fast changeovers - an operator needs only short training to run the machine independently.

Who It Is For
