The TD-MZD16 is our flagship six-sided drill, featuring six drill packs in a dual-station, dual-channel configuration. This means two completely different boards can be processed simultaneously — one at each station — while the next board is being loaded at the opposite end. The result is an industry-leading throughput of 10-12.5 panels per minute.

Dual-Channel Advantage

Unlike single-channel machines that must process boards sequentially, the dual-channel design allows the left and right stations to work on different products at the same time. This is critical for custom furniture manufacturers who produce hundreds of unique SKUs per day — each board may have a different drilling pattern, size, and thickness.
