Overview

The TD-468J builds on the proven 468 platform by adding a pre-milling stage. Before glue is applied, rotating milling cutters shave a thin layer off the panel edge, removing chipping and unevenness so the edge strip bonds to a perfectly clean surface — the result is a much finer, more invisible glue line.

Why Pre-Milling Matters

For white melamine panels a standard bander is often enough. But with dark boards, veneer or real wood edges, a visible glue line is the most common quality complaint. Pre-milling solves this at the source and is the main reason many factories choose the J version over the base model.
