Overview

The T-K5 door panel shaping production line is built for panel furniture doors and carcasses. It merges auto loading, optimized cutting, grooving, vertical drilling and auto unloading into a single continuous flow, so a panel completes multiple operations in one setup with no idle time between steps.

Machining Capability

A 9.0 kW auto tool-change spindle with a 16-tool magazine handles milling, grooving and drilling tool changes with ease. The vacuum adsorption table firmly secures panels of various sizes, while the X/Y rack and Z ball-screw drive combines rigidity with accurate positioning. Max working speed is 40 m/min with a 70 m/min traverse speed.

Software & Integration

The line is compatible with domestic and international design and nesting software, importing drawings directly into tool paths to reduce manual programming. It can be expanded with loading/unloading and buffer stations to match workshop layout and throughput as the core door-processing line of a custom or panel furniture factory.
