Applications
Overview
The CNC panel saw is the foundational breakdown machine for panel furniture workshops, cutting full engineered boards into sized panels according to an optimized nesting layout. Its CNC/digital sliding table, combined with a pneumatic segmented clamping beam and precision linear guides, delivers repeatable cutting sizes and a clean chip-free edge.
Precision and Stability
The main and scribing motors run independently, scoring before cutting to prevent chipping on the underside of the sheet. An air-cushioned table and floating beam reduce sliding friction while keeping clamping even, so long panels stay straight and accurate. The 45°/90° mitre unit covers common angled operations.
Line Integration
The series can be fitted with loading/unloading manipulators and an optimization system as the first station of a cutting line, linking with downstream edge banding and drilling workstations for continuous sheet breakdown in custom and panel furniture mass production.
Note: Some specifications are typical for this series and will be confirmed with the manufacturer.
