The Automatic Labeling Panel Saw solves one of the biggest challenges in panel furniture production: tracking individual pieces through the manufacturing process. Every cut piece receives a printed barcode label containing its order number, dimensions, edge banding requirements, and drilling program — enabling fully traceable, error-free production from sheet to finished component.

Smart Production Integration

The saw connects to the factory’s production management system via barcode or network. When an operator scans a sheet’s barcode, the machine automatically loads the corresponding cutting program — eliminating manual programming errors and reducing setup time to under 30 seconds.

Cut Quality

The scoring blade runs in the opposite direction to the main blade, creating a clean cut on the bottom face of laminated boards. This eliminates chipping on melamine, HPL, and veneered surfaces — critical for visible edges in premium furniture.
