Overview

The A+ series CNC nesting router is built for automated panel furniture production. Its 1300 x 2500 mm table and four 6.0 kW spindles combine optimized cutting, grooving and vertical drilling in a single setup with no idle handling, maximizing daily output.

Structure and Drives

X and Y axes use rack-and-pinion drives while the Z axis uses a ball screw, together with AC servo drives and up to 60 m/min traverse speed. The vacuum table strongly holds sheets of different sizes for fast changeover.

Software Compatibility

Running on the Weihong Ncstudio control, the machine reads results from domestic and international nesting software directly, fitting seamlessly into a cutting - drilling - edge banding panel furniture workflow.
